Refund & Cancellation Policy
I want you to feel good about every purchase you make here, whether that’s joining The Shadow Society, signing up for a group working, or booking custom spell work. Please take your time before purchasing and make sure it feels aligned and right for you.
Because of the nature of this work, all sales are final once payment has been processed.
The Shadow Society Membership
Monthly Memberships:
Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically each month. You can cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing. Please note that we do not offer refunds for monthly memberships once a payment has been processed. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel before your renewal date.
Annual Memberships:
Annual memberships are billed once per year and renew automatically at the end of each 12-month term. You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal for the following year.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused months or early cancellation of annual plans.
Group Spell Work
If you enroll in a group ritual, ceremony, or collective spell (for example, a $77 group working), your payment reserves your place and allows me to begin preparations.
In many cases, planning, energetic preparation, divination, or ritual structuring begins as soon as sales come through. Because of this, group spell work is non-refundable once purchased.
Custom Spell Work
Custom spell work requires personal planning, divination, and energetic preparation that often begins as soon as your order or intake form is received.
Because this work begins quickly and is tailored specifically to you, custom spell services are non-refundable once purchased.
By completing a purchase for membership, group work, or custom spell work, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
