Tea & Rosemary is hiring!
Tea & Rosemary is looking for a part-time, hourly assistant to help with our membership site. If you love researching obscure symbolism, writing about deities, and making rituals look pretty in Canva, keep reading.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You’ve got real experience working with deities. Not just “I read a book once,” but actual personal gnosis, ritual work, and deep connection. You know the difference between what’s historical and what’s UPG, and you’re comfortable talking about both.
- You’re a research buff. You love falling down rabbit holes about ancient deities, esoteric symbols, and mystical traditions. Bonus points if you actually enjoy digging through academic sources.
- You’re a strong writer. You know how to take research and personal experience and turn it into engaging, well-organized posts, rituals, and guides.
- You’re comfortable in online communities. You’ll be responding to forum posts, keeping discussions going, and sharing insights based on your own experience.
- You can make things look good. Canva is your friend, and you can take a plain document and turn it into a visually appealing PDF without breaking a sweat.
- You don’t mind a little social media. Answering DMs, responding to comments, and troubleshooting occasional issues on Instagram.
- You’re good with customer support. Helping members with access issues, answering emails, and dealing with the occasional tech hiccup on the membership site.

- Part-time, hourly work with flexible hours.
