Of course, witchcraft is fluid. Most of us practice many different kinds of magic over the course of our lives, but we often find ourselves returning to certain places, spirits, symbols, elements, or forms of power again and again.

Some people are drawn to forests. Some to crossroads. Some to graveyards. Some to hearth fires.

And some people never quite lose their fascination with the sea.

They find themselves watching storms roll across the water, reading about shipwrecks and lost cities, lingering over stories of sea monsters and buried treasure, or staring out at the horizon wondering what lies beyond it.
